Putin knows he is outgunned by Europe alone .... 4:1 on population, 10:1 on economy - and that does not take into account USA, Australia and Canada, etc. Putin is not trying to take over Europe or rebuild the USSR, or even take over Ukraine - Putin ( it seems to me ) is intent on keeping Crimea because it has been part of RUSSIA since the 1600s, and it has military strategic value. So, he will do whatever he needs to do to keep Crimea, and to make sure he can hold on to it and how have to fight for it again.

  3. Morgan is such a dishonest lying sack. He talks about Putin being in he KGB, but apparently forgets that George Herbert Walker Bush was head of the CIA during a lot of American operations around the world. Piers is an obvious and outright liar.

  4. Piers Morgan is a liar - NATO did go into Ukraine to arm, advice and train Ukrainians. They took Ukrainian troops out of the country and trained then in NATO exercises and in how to use NATO weapons. I am against this war primarily because the American government lied about it to the American people and did an end run around poular opinion. If the President had said to the American people that Russia is becoming a competitor to US trade in EU and trying to squeeze the US out, and this would be a major defeat for the US, and the people supported pressure on Russia - that would be one thing, but getting involved in Ukraine has screwed the US up for being able to support our best ally - Israel. I put that squarely on Biden - but, I don't think Trump would have done anything differently because TRUMP was the first US president to send arms and weapons to Ukraine despite all his anti-war talk. Presidents will do whatever the Military Industrial Complex tells them to do because the President is temporary, but the Military Industrial Complex in the US is forever and is the only part of the government that makes really long-term, 10-50 year policies, and Presidents are basically forced to go along with that.

  5. Kennedy talks about Crimea being a warmwaterport ... true, then he mentions Vladivostok ... I don't know why since it is all the way across the world on the PACIFIC ocean, and Crimea only outlets to the Black Sea, Mediteranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.
