11:37 - She seems to be saying here that Ukraine and Azov Battalion troops were kicking people out of their houses to make defensive positions from them. That's what I have been hearing that it is not the Russians wanting to bomb or shell civilian positions, but the Ukrainians and especially the Azovs trying to make it as bad as possible.
