He launches into all these "exercises" in the first second, wear creepy pants so that you innoculate yourself against superficial public opinion ... but who says that is what happens? That is idiotic. There is no understanding of human psychology at this level, or proof that you can manipulate your "personality" or that if you could it would be good for you, or society. This nonsense appeals to cretins who have lost themselves and their humanity and do not know what to look for to find it, or where. Ugh.
