  2. I thought that too, but if you do not use up that asparagus it goes bad and you throw it away. Also ... say you do keep it an use it ... how old is it by the time you use it. I think you are right if you manage your food well - all of the time - but I reckon on average anyone who buys and manages food is going to drop the ball enough to bring that waste cost up. I am not sure about this, but it is worth at least watching the video and maybe looking in to. Not sure I like the idea of someone telling me what to eat ... like a kid going to the school cafeteria ... but I have to cook it myself!
