  1. One thing that Biden does that makes him sound senile and like a liar is that after he makes a statement about 90% of the time he say "No, that's true" or "and I mean that sincerely". He says it so often and so automatically that it sounds like he really doesn't mean it at all. Another thing he does is make everything into a list ... Number 1 .... , Number 2 ...., Number 3.... It's like he doesn't any real attention to what he is saying.
