  1. This is ridiculous. You cannot have a scientific discussion with a group of apes who may somewhat have an idea of what science is, but do not acknowledge that science plays very little role in divining truth or in what life is about. It is like cherry-picking the great things individual human beings have done and then trying to elevate the human race while ignoring that we are failing all over the world in just about every significant way, and coming close to destroying ourselves if it is not already done and we just do not know it. The "smart people" sit around in think tanks and blogs and places like this and talk all-knowingly about how they know what is going on and they all have the answers, but none of them can actually get anything useful happening, and in fact that they not that different from the knuckle -draggers.
