@joshparsons7631 Yeah ... I am tired of any kind of point or argument of the form ... well, I am a "whatever" and so you should beleive and accept any argument I make. Who cares, who knows, who believes you, and even if you are - so the fuck what? People should make their perceptions, express their points, ask their questions, explain their logic - but do not make it about themselves or their identity. I cannot tell you how many times I hear the "I'm not a Republican", or "I'm an Independent" ... just to cover and shill for the far-right stand on some issue. Or the reverse ... just not quite as much. How many decades is it going to take the US to learn how to discuss and argue in public - how to debate, without pulling all of this kind of BS?

There is no good answer to a gotcha question. Pointing out that it is a gotcha question though is something that Trump is not smart enough to do ... he just has to spit and spew like a viper ... or complain like a baby - and all the while shoveling out barns-full of lying BS.

This is robbing Americans of our society, country and government ... and it is driven by Republicans who want to kill government except for a facade they can use to sell and boss people around with, and remove democracy and any representative government. This whole war between the President and the media was started by Trump ... who actually should have been thanking the media like crazy because they gave him so much attention it got him elected. And their are still doing it ... so who knows who is on who's side? BUT, I think the question the lady asked was stupid. What was the point ... just to try to put Trump on the spot when she and everyone else knows he is not going to play that game. So - she dared him to get ugly, and he got ugly. Whooppee ... so what? How about ask a question like, isn't it inaccurate to say the US has tested the most people ... by far ... when per-centage-wise we are close to the bottom. China could say that as well, but since they have going on 2 billion people they could test more than the rest of the world combined and it would still not mean very much. At least by asking the question that way you avoid looking like you are setting out to persecute the President ... not that persecuting the President is uncalled for, but it just doesn't work and it makes it harder to get real news out ... but it would also teach people something about the relative and absolute numbers and absolutes and per-centages. By doing it this way the media are the ones who look bad - not the President, at least to the Trump supporters ... they never learn a damn thing.

I think Americans are all on edge and mad about ... everything, but nothing in specific, or nothing we have the context to talk about ... so some people just latch onto Trump as man who has authority ... but he is a shitty leader, a shitty motivator, a shitty thinker, just a really stupid guy - except when it comes to having a lot of money that he can hire people to invest or play with, and then claim credit for what they do. It's ridiculous. People love to see Trump react like them - frustrated and angry Americans ... they just don't get that the Republicans are the ones who have torn everything down.
