  1. Biden in a very careful way stabbed both Bernie and Warren in the backs - doing the minimum and making people even more disgusted with the Democrats. Our government will destroy the country before they allow any more socialism into it. They will decimate the population before they allow Bernie's reforms. For the sake of unity Biden made a show of supporting Bernie and working to further his agenda, but he did not. The people who did not follow the news thought Biden was really pushing pogressivism - but he never did. Both parties are working against the American people because the billionaire class as Bernie calls them will not accept democracy - to them democracy is socialism - and they are right. We are no democracy. We are not even a Republic, we have been since the end of WWII a fairly benevolent Fascist plutocracy that has become more and more malevolent and corrupt over time. Ezra's opinions carry on this farce with nice words and clever turns of phrase, but he does not support populism because he is in the upper, upper class and rising.

  2. You give no reason ... 1:45 - "Biden has been the most economically populist President of the modern era." Ezra, that breaks two ways my friend ... the most economically populist has been pitiful. He gave money to college grads while doing nothing for low-wage workers getting killed by inflation. He gave money to children, which is good, but that doesn't help average people. He fixed the price of one drug instead of fixing a system of corruption that rips the country off. Joe Biden was only a token "economically populist President". As was incredibly bad, incompetent and extremely bad at it. Biden has been almost as extreme a liar as Donald Trump from the beginning of his first campaign where he lied profusely about this academic achievements in college. Then there were the plagiarism charges. Then there was his nick-name - the Senator from the insurance industry, the Senator from Delaware, the state that allowed companies all over the country to incorporate there and avoid paying taxes to their home state. I voted for Biden as the Democratic candidate, and Kamala too - unthinkable for me to vote Republican or especially Trump - but Biden was a fake and he just wanted to play President, but he also lied about being a bridge to a new kind of Democrat. Biden and Kamala both are despicable Democrats, and that is why people hated them enough to either not vote or vote for Trump. Bernie is right ... except sadly about Israel-Hamas. Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, etc ... the Dem leadership have fight against populism - it is why they exist, it is what they get paid for.

  3. The gating factor with Bernie will be that all his chosen advisors have been Muslim adjacent, AND he himself is an enemy of Israel - hated by the Jews. If he splits off from the Democratic party he will just hurt it more. But he probably would have won.
