From a Californian's persepective, Kamala Harris has never been in a job long enough to learn it and be outstanding in it. Many believe she was promoted by insiders for a particular reason? I don't know who or what for myself. She is not a good debator, and she was the first to drop out in 2020 because she did not make a positive impression on the electorate. Joe Biden seems to have picke\d her because she was weak, and he played with her sending her to the border - and impossible job, which of course she made no headway with. Now some are talking her up for President? I guess I don't see it.
