  1. The so-called "Establishment" needs us to think we have a democracy, and that there is some kind of fair fight that is somehow always won by the right-wing. Well, there is not a two party system in the US any longer. Since FDR, the arch-enemy of the Right, all the money, power and focus of the Right has gone into playing dirty tricks on Americans, just like they play dirty tricks in Iran, Greece, Italy, El Salvador, Nicaragua, etc to trick the public into accepting a virtual Right-Wing dictatorship. And they won, and have never let up. Money and success are a weapon. Tax avoidance and financial corruption is a weapon, and it is being used to kill Americans and break up our government and society and to try to implement this absurd fake society, with fake news, and no social contract, no New Deal, nothing, just a virtual slave state for the people on the bottom while the people at the top just keep getting bigger and more powerful and in control of more and more media and wealth.

More and more I love Michael Moore.  He has gone from kind of humorous to being very insightful and serious, and I love that, and I love the sections in his newer movies where he has taken to talking about what the rest of the world is doing. Now, looking at the Democrats, I think they are not telling us is that if the Liberal Left Democrats start to make headway, and particularly if they threaten to raise taxes or queer the US military junta ... it will raise holy hell in this country and we will see things get as bad as Russia, China, Iran and even North Korea.  So, as long as we continue to inhabit  consumerism dreamland and don't pay too much attention to what is happening to the average person, the Demcrats will pretend that they are different from the Republicans the fascists who took over after FDR will not gas us, beat us or kill us. The deal is, if we want this real change, we have to fight for it with about a 60% at least majority just like all those other countries that Moore talks about in his movies.  I don't think Americans have the stomach for it, and they can always be starved out or replaced by immigrants. We Americans do not have the picture, and so we have not developed the overall strategy or the tactics to take on the private armies like Blackwater, Wackenhutt, etc.  I think that is the reality.

In most precincts Democrats just have to vote.  In this country about 60% of people are Democrats and 30% of people are Republican, and the 10% in the middle are 3rd party, undecided or indenpendent.  When Democrats show up they win, so the Demcratic party has almost every election to lose, and they do lose because they are really beholden to Republicans to play the same.

If significant extreme Democrats start to win elections we will see violence from the right just like the violence from colonial powers when their colonies tried to declare independence.  I think we all somehow know this.  If Bernie won and a lot of democratic socialists began to win in the US we would see assassinations and oppression, and it would be so easy for the right wing junta to do no with all the internet personal data they have now - they'd know just who to target to shut things down in as quick as minutes almost.  So, we get a Democratic party who just sits around and waits to be thrown scraps and accepts abuse.
