The bottom line is that nothing gets done unless it feeds someone's bottom line, and I am so cynically about politics and the system as it has corroded that I can only think of a few groups that benefit from cannabis/marijuana being illegal ... 1.Drug Cartels 2.Prisons 3.Security State Nothing on this list should be a top priority or needs to be given a ton more money or power. Legalizing cannabis/marijuana is not anything that ever should have been done let alone something that anyone should be arguing against.
