  3. Whenever I see Jordan Peterson talking I just see this nerdy teen-ager smoking dope with some nerdy, near-do-well friends pretending they know what they are talking about and BS ing each other, and girls about 7 years younger. The guy just seems like such a fool and a fake to me.

  4. I don't think all capitalism is based on exploitations of workers ... or that all workers are exploited. A lot, probably most of them in its current American form. I think that when workers are extorted into taking jobs because they have to in order to survive or in order to defend their rights as human beings within whatever system we are talking about, they they are exploited. That is why we do to the Third World,, appropriate the land and life-support systems of millions of other humans, and then tell them they must now get off that land and work for a living, producing value for other people. That is pure slavery, and not really a much more benevolent version of slavery than Plantation slavery. In fact, what capitalism does is to create a class of people who are cooperating in an endeavor to enslave and dehumanize people with lesser power. Definitely refutes Peterson's point. The other thing is that there needs to be unions again so that anyone in a certain sector or job gets some collective bargaining - and it should be based on facts.

Competition is the thing that most companies will do anything to avoid, and what the super-wealthy in American have done as well in school and in corporate jobs - you get nowhere if you are not connected, and they limit the connectivity to outsiders. Petersons is a shill for the right wing. Hard to blame him because he'd have to get a normal job like everyone else if we was not a Right-Wing fake celebrity.
