  1. Are the economies rigged to give power, money and control to those who go along with the gaslighting and shepherding of the public and are fine with as he said a permanent under class. We have always had slavery. Was the civil war fought because the South had an advantage in not having to pay their "workers" at all - or treat them like humans, and that became the necessary standard that then expanded to all workers - wage slaves?

It's more like inflation is somewhat of a conspiracy against working people to keep them in line, and poor ... because there seems to be no need for it - except that the government and the people have no control over these rich people and corporations, especially since they control the government. Because this seems arbitrary since it is the power of the corporate monpolies in the case of say energy that have raised the price arbitrarily high just to suck money away from the people - who cares who it hurts. The problem is that maybe that used to serve some kind of function in the past to maintain order, but today, we don't have need for all this cheap labor, in fact lots of jobs are being replaced already, and the jobs that remain are WHAT? Seems like they are just what schools is for kids, but for adults - just a place to put them during the day to keep them out of trouble! One Progressive econonomist said that all jobs are bullshit jobs. This is to keep the "means of production" in the hands of the elites, so they can manipulate people, manipulate their lives, manipulate their education and informatoin, their health, their mobility, and today they are all surveilled in everything - how much control do they need anyway?

  3. The missing part of this is how big corporations and industries decide to price their products. Clearly Stewart was correct when he said that the worker piece of this was not everything and maybe even the smallest piece - because profits of the corporations are soaring. Although I agree with Stewart, and pretty much despise Summers, the whole story of inflation and wages is not explained or understood well enough. Why? and who can explain it so that the country understands it, because not having the country understand it seems to be the main purpose of all the complicated FED and monetary policy stuff. It has to be rigged, like the old monarchies' economies used to be with their corporate monopolies that existed under the control of crown - to feed the massive profits to some singular place of social, economic and military control. Some democracy, eh?

  7. What do we even mean by "Combat Inflation" ... if we were to really combat inflation we'd have to do it by declaring class war, and that is what inflation prevents, and all the other tricks of the overclass.
