  4. this is word games remove the distinction of capital gains and earned income and tax them the same. AND ... make the income tax rate truly progressive .... we should not be taxing billionaires at the same rate we tax millionaires - and people who work hard and make $300,000 and above ... this does not seem to be on the radar of most people because they do not think of this. This chained CPI thing is just another way to baffle people with BS ... apples & pears - stupid.
