  1. Yeah, Israel is doing what anyone with half a brain would do in that environment - so shut the "F" up and quit the never-ending lying and attacks on Israel. RNN was just interviewing Thomas Franks about the Democratic Party dismissing the middle and working classes for the Professional class ... but what happened at about the same time was the Democrats were trained to put people off by attacking Israel and siding with the worst human rights abusing countries in the world. This is orchestrated with vast amounts of money to make nothing acceptable to vote for people who really want change. And RNN is a part of it for sure. What does attacking Israel have to do with democracy ... do you think the Muslims countries are democratic ... do you think they have more equality? Think again.

  2. So, your answer would be yes then, right. That's what I asked. So, Iran's Shia Muslims are voting FOR all that religious oppression then? You do understand that the religious authority has more power than the President as well too, right? The NYT article said Mr. Rouhani has promised economic growth and greater freedom of speech and of the press. So, if Iran has all this freedom and democracy that you say, why do they need to promise greater freedom or speech. Because you and I both know that in Iran if you say the wrong thing and get attention for it you can end up dead or in prison. But, you are fine with that and argue that one election means that Iran is as democratic as Israel, right? You and I might agree that Iran is changing, but that is coming from pressure from abroad as more Iranians become city dwellers and are exposed to outside ideas. I am sure Iran will get there eventually, but Israel is already there and has been since its inception, so I guess we can agree to disagree despite your daring opinion. You know the reality of Iran just like most other people who follow it, and you know that you get nowhere in life unless you are a devout Shia Muslim, and on women's rights Iran may be ahead of Saudi Arabia, but that is not saying much. But you can amuse and shock people by making such claims.
