The hydration issue is bogus. Coconut water is good for low sugar, and potassium. Look around potassium is hard to get in foods. Quinoa - no. Doesn't taste good and way too expensive. Coconut Water - yes. Unless the labels are lying they have a lot of potassium which most people are low on. Chia - no. I don't feel good when I eat it, though I like some chia drinks they are too expensive and I don't what real benefit there is to them. Flax - yes. I eat flax seeds for omega-3 fatty acids. They are cheap and like the number one source.
