  1. Why is it the black guy that talks about drugs? With dreadlocks even? ;-) The answer is people are getting high using drugs and costing us lots of money, and lots of money is going to criminals - that cannot work, ergo - we need a different tactic on drugs, I think people should be able to use drugs. Let's let people feel good. I think many studies prove that when people are not controlled and do what they want they eventually move on instead of getting stuck butting heads with authority.
