This seems to presume that "Success" has the same meaning, and that every "successful" person gets there in some similar way or has similar qualities. That makes a kind of logical sense as a hypothesis, we might think that as a first order approximation, but defining it, measuring it and proving it seems to make more money for people writing books and giving lectures than it does make sense or teach others how to be successful. Is there a limited pie of success, that is if some succeed, then do others have to fail, so then perhaps in many cases cheating has a lot to do with it? Surely at least some.
