  2. We should be free to benefit from the advances of science. When it comes to some of those advances they are massive distributed kinds of issues that involve the interaction of larger groups right up to everyone on the planet - like global warming. Should someone be free to drill for oil on their property and make gasoline and drive a car when gasoline driven cars are eventually banned? Right now some people can bring lies to bear in the media that causes a lot of people to question science and well worked out policies. What do we do about that? These folks really believe the nonsense, the harder you push them the harder the push back.
