  2. I don't need a license either but I get letters asking me to get one. I've not informed them as it is obvious from their scanner .

  3.  @joannerichards5481  I don't need a license as I don't have a TV but I'm darned if I'm going to tell them. They can send letters till the cows come home I'm not bothered. All they have to do is check their little raydar thingy on top of their van to see I'm free.
