  15. It's not suspended anymore..It re-opened in June. I live in the Philippines..Now only applicants ages 50 and up are accepted.. it used to be 35 and up but too many young Chinese were on retirement visas here.

  29. Yes you can. I live in the Philippines. 100% too. No issues getting my monthly payment. Thousands and thousands of veterans live outside of the US and have zero issues receiving their payment.
