  1. Sometimes, real good workers get screwed. I was in a horrible weather related car accident many moons ago, the plant manager called to see how I was doing, wanted to know why he needed 3 people to do what I did by myself when I was there. A few days later I got a letter to report to the insurance doctor who would say you were okay to work if you were in a full body cast, my GP, my PT and my Chiropractor all said I wasn't ready to go back to work. I had no choice. I had to go back to work and ruined my spine. Good workers often get screwed by those above who don't give a shit if you are good they only wa t to get the product out fir the least cost and they don't care who they destroy doing it
