  1. I have family that lives around the corner from you in what was once Rutland town's original 1 room school house, next to the park. She has the ring camera neighborhood thing and gets videos of people prowling around looking in car windows occasionally. Mostly poor people looking for stuff to steal to buy drugs. I laughed when I saw a ring video where you could hear a Rutland neighbor telling a prowler to "GTFO of here, next time I will clank your @$$."
