The motive of the veto is that Newsome is running for President, the demonicraps in California wrote the crazy left bill purposely for Newsome TO veto, so when he's on the campaign trail he can appeal to liberal white women (a significant dem voting block) and say lookie lookie here I believe in oarents rights (until he's elected) I heard from a reputable source in the UK who would know that the Getty family is putting all their ducks in a row to support/fund Gavin's presidential run.
