You have like 12 more Republican congressman than democrats without a 3/5 majority there isn't much they can do aside from the FACT the senate must approve what congress passes the Senate is controlled by DEMOCRATS and the the President must approve it Biden will not approve anything the democrats don't want him to. The only thing the very slight majority Republican congress can do is hold up funding (since Pelosi pushed through the 1.7 TRILLION OMNIBUS before being voted out congress will have no effect on funding until next September, )AND have hearings where they can recommend charges to the DOJ but because the DOJ and CORRUPT FBI are totally under dirty democrats control they will do NOTHING when the Republican congress recommends criminal charges. So other than allow people to hear with their own ears the truth and holding up funds later this year there's nothing congress can do.
