  3. It's called severance pay you get your 2 weeks pay as notice you're laid off as of today, these ppl will also be able to collect unemployment for 99 weeks. Unlike Disney who tells people they must train foreigners (who do not have to be paid minimum wage) to do their jobs before they're fired or else Disney will hamper them being able to collect unemployment.
