All big cities were safe and clean like Japan before the 1960s when Democrats began to take over, I am an independent but any city or area under democrat stronghold for 50 years now looks like Detroit. Detroit before the Civil rights movements of the 60 was the shining city on the hill, High schools has TV and Radio stations and theaters like you'd find on Broadway. Trenton Central high school NJ was a modern marvel where community leaders from all over the world (including Japan) would come visit to see how it was done.
