  1. This is not right. He shd be treated the same as every other person applying. Its quite simple, he tells the truth and takes what is coming. It is not fair to others who apply. He is no longer HRH so his title means nothing. Even if she goes through the spousal route, his rug use will disqualify. Heritage is correct in this.

  3. Anything is possible....Border Guards for both US and Canada shd be made aware of the status and act accordingly. Maybe Heritage can get a report on this.  @geeb4994
