  5. I think the tragedy & truth to all this is that the Indian government doesn't give a single shit about this situation & may even be complicit in it! I have written to the Indian Embassy here in the UK twice now about this & not even merited the courtesy of a reply! When one of Jim's videos alone has over 25 MILLION views they should pay a bit of attention!

  8. That was a wind up, well infact worse, an attempt to fraudulently extract money from people to "help him." The one with the American & Russian guys right? They're forced into Jack Shit, the money is very good & that's all that motivates them. These people wouldn't give you the steam off their piss but would scoop your eyes out for the price of the spoon!

  21. Indian authorities are not interested - possibly in on it too. The whole country seems to be in ignorance & denial of the problem & I have even written to the Indian embassy here in the UK twice about it & not even got the courtesy of a reply!

  24.  @ThePeteriarchy  Thing is a lot of those "company" ones seem pretty legit....🤔 I can see how people get caught out. There is a bridge close to where I live that you have to pay a toll to cross which you can do on line & there are about 10 or so fraudulent sites for that! I'm just amazed it seems to be so easy for these scam sites to get onto the big browsers & often ahead of the actual company or organisation! 😮

  27. I think it's a language thing as they only really learn English (to a fashion!) in India. MASSIVE problem here though, on occasions I have had 3 - 4 scam calls a day!

  28. I've emailed, twice, the Indian embassy here in the UK but have not even been afforded the courtesy of a reply! You are right though, something needs to be done as these people are DESTROYING your country's reputation & a lot of people now are refusing to even deal with legitimate Indian call centres!

  30. I had a woman phone me up (Microsoft scam) I strung her along for a bit & then the conversation went like this: ME: Do you believe in magic? HER: Magic? ME: Yeah magic... you know like "Harry Potter?" HER: Yes. (These are VERY superstitious people) ME: Have you heard of "Wicker Magic?" HER: No? ME: Well it's a very ancient & powerful form of Anglo Saxon magic & I'm a master at it & you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to put a curse on you & your family & your future family that you all develop cancer of the eyes & die within ONE year! What do you think about that? I heard a genuine scream of terror & she slammed the phone down!

  32. Same as that. I actually had my credit card hacked over the weekend & needed to speak to the fraud dept. hopefully here in the UK but was pinged out to India. The guy was nice enough but at the back of my mind I'm thinking - Can he be trusted....😕

  40.  @emmanueldanz1981  Aside from the fact that I imagine Jim is very busy & gets no end of requests, quite a few of the organised crime groups that are behind these scams appear to be trying to get to him. It would be lovely if he could help you out but I very much doubt he will.
