I was a London Punk back in the day & "London Calling" was universally considered The Clash's "sellout" album. Truth be know, the band never really carried that much weight. The Damned & their album "Machine Gun Etiquette" were the real deal & how come The Pistols don't even get a mention? Biggest travesty of all is that there is no Bowie in their - THAT is criminal!
