  3. Someone on here was saying that Mu's don't have to pay council tax as they can claim they have a "prayer room" in their house which excludes them from payment? Anyone know if that is true? I know you can get a mortgage paid on Welfare as it is forbidden to charge interest under Islamic law so any payments from the tax payer goes directly to paying off the house..... All going well isn't it?
