  1. LoL, nonsensical. A terrorist is not a civilian but a combatant as are those who provide arms or assistance to terrorists. There are no applicable laws regarding the weapons to be used against combatants. Geneva Conventions are merely wish lists not every Nation has agreed to. Russia and China are not bound by them, why should Israel be? Even the US has realized that if it's Senate did not ratify the Conventions, then they are merely words written on what could be toilet paper. If the nature of the ammunition is not known, then how can anyone claim it is prohibited internationally or illegal? Sounds like they just want enough information to build their own.
