In any case her words in her ruling are flawed as the Amendment says any person, any elected office. An appeal will be filed. The Michigan Judge however was correct in that the Amendment puts much of the responsibility on Congress, which has not done it's job. Of what relevance if no one else has committed the offense in over 100 years? When someone does, it should be enforced.
