  1. The FAA bump rules were written with the expectation the bump occurs before the passenger was seated. The expectation was the later arriving passengers would be the ones bumped. Good thing the doctor didn't resist. United would have simply told their police to shoot him then dragged the body off the plane. LoL

  3. Excellent interview. I think before Putin rains cruise missiles down on NATO C3i places, sabotage of our critical infrastructure points, especially in the US, is a more likely prospect. Doubling down on security at places like nuclear power plants is probably a good idea, as is civilians stockpiling a few weeks of extra supplies, above and beyond just rolls of toilet paper.

  4. I would be a lot more concerned if that attack had involved 10 or more of those super fast missiles. That would have been a pretty definitive proof of existence if they had all just zipped in past air defense and left similar debris. That there is only one pile of debris with crude markings on it is a little worrying, but not terribly. Clearly whatever that missile was, they don't have too many of them. We in the West should very probably spend some effort at keeping it that way, even if that effort carries it's own risk of confrontation. The alternative is defeat on Der Tag.
