There's a world of difference between "just getting rid of a nuisance" and "actively overthrowing a government"! Nevertheless, the Russians are doubtlesly the agressor under international law if they dare to invade independent sovereign areas that do not (like Donbas/Luhansk) demand more self-determined independence by referendum and at the same time ask Russia for active support. The same devastating judgment applies if Russia actually wants to change the existing state structure in Ukraine by force against the will of the people.

@НиколайЮжаков-м7ф I have just skimmed through the current publication of the "Charter of the United Nations". Fun: They don't even define what constitutes a particular region as a self-determined, independent country. No minimum qualification such as holding a referendum seems to be required. Supremacist: It merely explains how ruling countries should treat their colonies on the road to independence. Fig sad: When Spain wanted to hold a referendum in Western Sahara on its possible independence from Morocco, the UN halted the process by stating that they were awaiting an opinion from the International Court of Justice on holding such a referendum (probably according to international law), rather than defining it themselves in the General Assembly. While the impatience and dissatisfaction in the people of Western Sahara rises day by day.

@Silence_Duder_Gooder My way of thinking with regard to international law, sovereignty, the will of the people and the need for a referendum before initiated changes correspondingly applies equally with regard to each people's region. - But this video clip here is about Russia and Ukraine, as well as the regions of Donbas and Lugansk, of which the two last are striving for more independent self-determination. For continuous repetitive internal improvements of the governmental structures the TRIPLE ASSESSMENT is needed within the own souvereign territory.

@愛を込めてロシアから Right now ;) Zelensky may have written a letter to the UN SC, right?

@愛を込めてロシアから Meaning of "UN SC": United Nations Security Council I have just skimmed through the current publication of the "Charter of the United Nations" at your suggestion. Supremacist: It merely explains how ruling countries should treat their colonies on the road to independence. @愛を込めてロシアから Quite simply, if the United Nations Security Council really wanted to help Ukraine, it could send a peacekeeping mission like it did when Yugoslavia fell apart. No one with even half a reasonable mind can expect the UN SC to respect an attacking country's veto!
