Finally I found what everyone should read at first: Hadith - Sahih al-Bukhari - Book of Marriage - bukhari: 5134 And I found also a quite reasonable explanation, that the ancient arabic word for "marriage" has to be understood more as a social contract of partnership betweet two people than a sexual relationship ...
