I don't know much about Andrew Tate. But all those media who mute him don't gain much of my trust either! My suggestion is this: comments that allegedly violate the policies of an "essential (monopoly-like) website service" (such as YouTube) may be clearly marked as such and also my be hidden by the provider. However, this comment suppression must be done with a clear reference to the respective policy paragraph and still visible with a second mouse click, as long as the comment does not violate a law! Whole banning of people due to "company guidelines" should only be allowed in "customized website services" (like Trump's Truth Social) ... Compare it with current (pending) Supreme Court decision about essential services (discrimination in restaurants, transportation and accommodation) and customized services (LGBTQ wedding ./. copy Shop, art gallery, hair dresser) !
