But I agree of course, that the destiny of a fate community depends upon whose words and deeds the people support... What's a definition good for, when all the there upon based results are doomed?

  3.  @MohcineJabairi  Those who don't know how to perform fair referendums could at least think about asking someone who makes good proposals for fair behaviour. If countries don't know how to deal reasonable with ethnic minorities and migrating worker, then they just breed terrorists and won't find peace. I made already many proposals about how to determine ethnic groups and the assigned right to vote for referendum fairly (eg by dialect) and how to reserve living space for refugees, migrating workers like shepards, caravan guides and so on. So here once more: The rules of the UN Security Council and its quorum could and have to be adapted to current global needs! Abolition of the right of veto for cross-border aggressors (eg Russia) and reduction of the yes quorum for peacekeeping missions to a 2/3 majority. After all, the UN Security Council states and their allies already have armies that could be sent within the framework of a task force coordinated by the UN at short notice to carry out fair referendums in disputed areas. (eg: Donbass and Luhansk, Jammu and Kashmir, Tibet and Xinjiang, Palestine, Western Sahara or the multi-country Kurdistan region...) Of course, the choice for an ethnic minority group must not only allow to choose be between two or more competing states. Fair referendums must also offer the option of completely self-determined sovereignty for an ethnic group within a certain region. (Equivalents to the successor states of Yugoslavia: Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia...) Or do we only put in charge idiotic representatives whose administration always leads to bloody confrontations and the disolvement of states?
