Every reputable constitutional state refrains from irreversible punishments due to the general awareness of the error susceptibility of established mechanisms. Or to put it the other way around: How much hidden coercion must be exercised for a false confession, and how many false witnesses must be heard for false statements in order to kill an innocent human being as an alleged mercenary ?!?

@BackSeatHump Every political system has its loopholes, which are getting bigger and bigger as time goes by and if no appropriate countermeasures are taken. Do you really want me to list what is completely going wrong because of the government of Russia, China or any other state?!? That is why TRIPLE ASSESSMENT is required in each and every group with delegated public powers. The people in the immediate vicinity of maggot apples know best which creepy bastards better should be placed next to the basket. Your time-wasting mindset still seems to be very much conditioned "against" something instead of finding allies for a common goal like "we are in favour of" ...

@Slaktrax I don't recognize much benefit in replying to your comment which is not visible to all panelists. This type of communication had already been tried within the framework of the somewhat old-fashioned Stasi ... and ultimately led to rather disappointing results, right?

@BackSeatHump The rule of logic applies to each and every situation. As I have mentioned already some days ago on YT: Fighting against reasonable logic is as stupid as arguing with deliberate ignorance.
