@irham191 Well, I guess, those "legal foundations" you mentioned now were not the same like the "electoral referendum", I've been talking about ... Without an agreed standard of judgement, it comes to different interpretations when talking about a perfomed procedure ...

If there is an ancient region where people want to separate themselves from the "motherland" (or the occupier), then free elections should make that possible and (at least partially) enable separation and independence. Because the "mother country" will no longer be able to lead this group of people without violence under the neglected and long outdated regulations anyway... Many regions have published a demand for more independence [ Western Sahara, Tibet, Pyrenees, (Bavaria, Saxony ;) ... ] But a possible (at least partial) separation should be driven by the desire of an (ethnic/historical regional-language) majority to be polled in an independent electoral process, and not driven by extremists... (ballots in Basque, Cherokee, Tibetan, Swabian, Saxon...etc.)

Do you think the distribution of Chinese wealth is fair?!? Well, there are many "currencies" we can think of in human relationships, not just money.

In order to support socially committed people and degrade charlatans, we need TRIPLE ASSESSMENTS by superiors, colleagues and subordinates that are effective for promotion up and down - everywhere and regularly!" --- So you don't want to be aware of the gap between rich and poor in China and why it is like that ?!? Those people who know you, do judge about how social commited you are, at least in their mind.

@lillyshi2705 Why do you think in extremes like prison already ?!? First of all it is, as I mentioned already before, the over-all aim is: "to support socially committed people [to reach high decisive positions] and degrade charlatans [to do no harm for society] - everywhere and regularly" TRIPLE ASSESSMENT has to be newly implemented [in Germany e.g. by a new party]. It is not done yet. - But TRIPLE ASSESSMENT could be implemented in every kind of political system - even in China ;) :)

Even though you might worry, that you are not first choice in your social environment. - I think it is quite intersting, how quick you discard the chance about taking influence upon who does establish the rules influencing your life and even more essential, the future development of our society. Are you really happy with the current situation ?!? But times will change - like they always did during evolution. So there are these questions: Which ant is preped for the climate change ?!? And is the overall development good for the hive or already a dangerous route into the direction of extinction ?!?

I see many claims from which I think to read oversimplified propaganda. - Where are examples of complex relationships and follow up effects? What should I be convinced of? Anyone who is a little more interested in the Chinese mentality will also notice the existing downsides: For example, dog eaters who send hookers to each other in the highest circles to drive "business partners" out of the market ... Every society has positive and negative sides. What is your theoretical approach to rewarding "good" behavior more intensively in the future and slowing down "bad" behavior? @irham191 Let me state it once more very clear: The administrative preconditions and procedures for a general (international UN?) acknowledment of my basis proposal (an electorial referendum in the social-regional language) has to be negotiated and implemented in international law and must be "above" of every constitution of a "mother-land" repective an "occupier" ... Dominant states otherwise always hold up their constitution with a respective wording that claims: no part of the territory is allowed to leave us. But "Br"-EXITs should become as normal as UN-"ification"-s.
