My first comment had the intention to trigger thinking about: "What is a suggestion about improving the situation ?!?" Your first answer was: "[...]Stay out of it."

@rrmackay I see neither a summary of demands and offers nor a suggestion to improve the situation in your comment. Rather, I think some countries still believe that Putin's announcement is just an April 1st hoax. And yet it is quite logical: step by step. Assets for usable currency.
