  4.  @vladkhom2543  Apparently we got quite different information... and came to very different conclusions. That's why I always ask the parties involved directly: what is someone offering and what is being asked for in return. Corresponding negotiations are only a worthwhile investment of time if there is a mutually constructive interest and hierarchical equality is accepted.
