  1. India's MFA spokesperson merely mentioned a list of some products offered to Russia. At least in my opinion, that's a much smaller optional trading volume than a list sanctions, excluding some products from all other things available !

From the point of view of the country and its people, the old-fashioned GDR Stasi methods did not work very successfully, did they?
