Hollow words! No action plan published. Shame on her! The rules of the UN Security Council and its quorum could and must be adapted to current global needs! Abolition of the right of veto for cross-border aggressors (Russia) and reduction of the yes quorum for peacekeeping missions to a 2/3 majority. After all, it is not only the UN Security Council states that already have armies that could be sent within the framework of a task force coordinated by the UN at short notice to carry out FAIRe referendums in disputed areas. (eg: Donbass and Luhansk, Jammu and Kashmir, Tibet and Xinjiang, Palestine, Westernsahara or the multi-country Kurdistan region...) In addition to the choice between two or more competing states, fair referendums must of course also offer the option of completely self-determined sovereignty. (Equivalents to the successor states of Yugoslavia: Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia...) Or do we only have idiotic representatives whose administration always leads to bloody confrontations?
