  7.  @divinebeing5720  SIXTH CICA SUMMIT (1:01) !!! Who commented also below the UNGA video clip "🇵🇰 Pakistan - First Right of Reply, United Nations General Debate, 76th Session" posted by "Die Vereinten Nationen" ? At that video clip I quoted the PAK satement: "If India has nothing to hide, it must accept a UN commission of inquiary and agree to implement the Security Council resolutions stipulating a plebiscite to enable the people of Jammu and Kashmir to excercise their right to self-determination." And I added: First of all: The rules of the UN Security Council and its quorum can and must be urgently adapted to current global needs! Abolition of the right of veto for all cross-border aggressors and reduction of the yes quorum for the deployment of a peacekeeping missions to a 2/3 majority. After all, it is not only UN Security Council states that already have armies that could be deployed as part of a short-term UN-coordinated task force to ensure FAIR referendums in disputed crisis areas: Eastern Ukraine, Jammu and Kashmir, Tibet and Xinjiang, Palestine, Western Sahara, Kurdistan... In addition to the choice between two or more competing states, referendums must of course also offer the option of fully self-determined sovereignty. (A state transition like that of Yugoslavia to Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia... - or from Czechoslovakia to the Czech Republic and Slovakia) Or do we only admire those "representatives of the people" whose administration leads to bloody conflicts? As soon as people honor again good suggestions from individuals - for fair dispute resolution and compare, discuss and choose respective improved regulations, we will be able to climb the next step on the evolution ladder.
