In this accident, the plane simply seems to have been too slow. Fortunately, the flight data recorder has already been found. If I had to voice a suspicion, I would say: overloaded aircraft (heavier than stated in the pre-flight documentation), erroneous or routinely ignored stall warning (pre-stall warning), inaccurate cockpit tachometer reading (dirt in Pitot tube, influence of mobile phones or sadly pilot's ignorance).

@oldowl4290 In my opinion, the original sound in other video clips (no change in the engine sound frequency) as well as the aircraft design (engine close to the wing level) and type of engine (a turboprop can directly counteract a stall) rather speak against the hypotheses you mentioned. However by thinking about your suggestions, I would like to add to my theory a possibly strong gust of wind (wind shear).

@oldowl4290 I published my presumption already. - We'll see, what the flight data recorder and weather observation will reveal next...
