@janardhanparveshwar4307 Who has no idea whatsoever on how to solve a challenge? - Who always has to ask others without providing a suggestion of his own? - Who refuses to honor good proposals adequately? Ask the mirror ! - But well, here is my proposal for international negotiation about a fair international land assignment: Each country must annually assign a certain amount (X%, or the equivalent of an optional full population exchange within X generations) of its wealth (land with natural resources) for the global migration. A fair balance between desired immigration (young, educated, rich, similar mental attitude), refugee asylum (humanitarian charity) and temporary transmigrating labor (caravansers [trucker], itinerant shepherds [fisher men], charcoal burners [rubish collectors]). Implementation (of migration, referendums [plebiscites] about separation and fully self-determined sovereignty, climate goal agreementss, ...) has to be guaranteed (as I mentioned already before) by the international community (if necessary with an UN-coordinated task force).

The old-fashioned methods of the GDR Stasi haven't been very much convincing from the point of view of the state and the people, have they?!?
