When people no longer trust their legal system, they should improve the system instead of practicing old-fashioned vigilante justice.

@samueljjackson60 I think it's admirable, when the media support the criminal police. But the prosecution and the verdict are better left to the prosecutors and the judges.

@guhapooinpatarsan2853 I do not intend to reply to the content of a comment that is hidden from other panelists, even if it was addressed directly to me...

@guhapooinpatarsan2853 There are small rewards for the brave who take off their masks and dare to come out of hiding: The majority of the population should determine the policy for the desired investments (incentives) and the permitted framework for action (legislation) and determine necessary safeguards. The majority of representatives should amend the laws according to the policy with reasonable protection of minorities and handicapped. The government should initiate sensible development measures according to policy within the framework of legislation. Only at the end of this chain does the judiciary intervene and, if necessary, check whether everything within the sovereign territory was in accordance with the laws passed, indifferent of any (biblical Barabbas) majority wishes of the population.

@ashokseshadri8331 Wise is (s)he who takes upon himself the burden of a completely passive investigation! - Any idea why a hidden existing conflict cannot be resolved in time and escalates to murder(s)? A systemic deliberate attempt to hide or suppress the obvious could be a good indication of a severely flawed framework... And who actually beheaded this socially committed teacher in France? Most likely narcissistic and intolerant jerks, right? The people I have met so far who voluntarily submit to a religion do so most likely because they want to support a friendly coexistence in the code of values of this religion. In contrast, especially those weak people who have been threatened or even maimed by (hidden) fear and violence tend towards destructive (emotional or physical) revenge. At least that's my experience...

@john doe For everyone else: I do not see any benefit to respond to the content of a comment that is hidden from other panelists, even if it was addressed directly to me under my notification bell...

@ashokseshadri8331 As already mentioned administratively in other comment threads: content-wise I only reply to comments that are visible to all panelists... But of course that shouldn't prevent anyone from reflecting on their own history in order to find the best way to improve future. I do strongly support the idea of implementing TRIPLE ASSESSMENT also in China, that's for sure ;) :)
