The UN legislation must immediately improve its regulations, and the UN Security Council must send a peace mission to Ukraine as soon as possible to organize FAIR referendums in the disputed regions (which only try to obtain a more autonomous sovereignty against the two aggressors, Ukraine and Russia) under international supervision! Otherwise, the UN remains a useless entity, wasting money and time for exchanging empty phrases and watching bloodshed, as it already was the case during the dissolution of Yugoslavia.
