  1. (1:59) The constitution of a country should ideally be determined directly by the citizens in referendums with 2/3 majorities in the voting !!! In principle, a court has to decide contentious cases, but it is the job of the legislature to make new laws. (2:59) An exclusive right of judges to select new judges is blatant discrimination against new political desires!

  2.  @deborahfreedman333  If Israel is indeed functioning as you claim, then the population doesn't really seem to have understood who should be supported from the community. On the contrary, what you say sounds like systematic breeding and empowerment of weak minded.
